Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom-made specifically for each customer. As such:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, except in cases where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We do not offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please double-check product details and sizing information before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cereshumana.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

EU Customers: Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, customers generally have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the customer’s specifications

  • Clearly personalized items

Because all products in our store are made to order, they fall under this exemption and are not eligible for return under the 14-day withdrawal rule.

Should we offer non-customized items in the future, the right of withdrawal will apply accordingly.

Non-EU Customers
